We are hiring :

A Business Development Manager H/F

Job opportunity based in Ile de France

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus exclusively on promoting and selling Tofflon equipment for the French market.

RESPONSABILITIES :

Developing and executing sales strategies to expand the portfolio of clients for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems, aseptic filling lines, and other Tofflon equipment.

Mapping and engaging with key decision-makers within client organizations, building strong relationships, and ensuring proactive involvement in claims management when required.

Collaborating with clients to propose technical solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.

Responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) with detailed, client-specific proposals.

Working closely with Tofflon's product management and technical teams to develop customized solutions.

Preparing technical-commercial offers in collaboration with product managers and technical experts.

Representing Pharmtec and Tofflon equipment at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to showcase expertise and build the brand.

Continuously following up on contract execution, coordinating with the project team to align on client requirements and timelines.

Providing market intelligence on customer needs and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

Le profil recherché

Master's degree or diploma in a technical field (mechanical, mechatronic, chemical, or pharmaceutical).

A minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development for pharmaceutical equipment.

Proven expertise in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological sectors, particularly with customized equipment like freeze-drying systems or aseptic filling lines.

French as a native language, with fluent written and spoken English.

Proficiency in using CRMs such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.

Entrepreneurial, reliable, and enthusiastic personality with strong decision-making skills.

Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.
