WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

SEA LEAD COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

The main responsibilities are to :

1. Lead & conduct onsite the Pre-Commissioning, Process Commissioning & Performance tests on the various SEA commissioning projects where he would BE deployed under the guidance of the SEA commissioning manager.

2. BE autonomous at site in the organization, team supervision and execution of the site commissioning works.

3. Execute the whole commissioning works in a professional and independent manner in the various site where he will BE assigned under the guidance of the SEA commissioning manager.

4. Provide technical expertise (as needed & required by the SEA commissioning manager) for process, mechanical, electrical, automation topics as applicable.

KEY RESULTS AREA AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Preparation & Execution of Pre-Commissioning works in his assigned project commissioning site

- Responsible for the Commissioning Preparation works (check Eqpt installation, Mechanical readiness (oil, grease etc.), WBS, ITR, Procedures, Commissioning plan etc.). Guidance will BE given to him by the SEA commissioning manager.

- Responsible for the Handover w/ Construction team (inspection, punchlists etc.) for Mechanical works as well as with the ENG (when applicable). Follow up and Push for the closing of construction punchlists to ensure smooth transition to Commissioning.
- Prepare and arrange for all necessary works during Commissioning (tools, fittings, pipes, temporary setup and others)
- Responsible for the Execution of the Pre-Commissioning works in the dedicated commissioning project as assigned to him by the SEA Commissioning Manager. This includes supervising his own commissioning team, liaising with different departments for the handover (construction team etc.) and the execution of the activities including direct liaison with suppliers or local vendors if required as well as implementation of SUEZ safety standards during the works.
- This mission also includes tasks planning, filling the relevant ITP/ITR, reports etc. after the works as well as liaising with the consultants & project team and conducting the relevant inspections to secure validation of the works (as requested).
- Support project management team at site in the execution of the works.


2. Process Commissioning & Performance tests in his assignment project commissioning site

- During Process Commissioning & Performance test, fill the role of Commissioning lead for the plant responsible for plant overall operation & maintenance as well as the process start-up and optimization. Under this role, he is also responsible for all the plant consumptions inventory (chemicals etc.), relevant reports as well as the achievement of the effluent guarantees and OPEX guarantees (Power & Chemicals) where applicable. He must at all time study, investigate and execute any potential plant optimizations to ensure smooth and enhanced operation & maintenance of the facilities together with the project team. He must BE pro-active in organizing properly the process commissioning & performance tests and handle coordination with consultant/end-user, third party, project team, supplier etc. to ensure complete validation of the works and smooth turnover. This also includes training where required.
- He shall follow the guidance of and report to the SEA commissioning manager in the execution of the above.

3. Technical expertise for design topics

- Support Commissioning & process manager in SEA when required by him for specific design topics pertaining to technical domain such as process, mechanical, electrical, automation etc.
