Technical Sales Manager
JOB PURPOSE :
Toexpandmarketanddevelopingwater/wastewaterrelatedEPC, BOTandSESprojectsoutsideLuzon.Thiscandidatemust havestrongcommunicationskills.He/Sheshouldbeabletothinkcriticallywhenmakingplansandhaveademonstratedabilitytoexecuteaparticularstrategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. MonitorprojectsoutsideLuzonwithSupervisionoftheBDDirector
- WorkcloselywithBDDirectorinpresentingtheprojecttothemanagement
- DevelopnewrelationshipsinanefforttogrowbusinessandhelpcompanyexpandmarketinLuzon
- Maintainexistingbusinessandgeneratemoreleads
- Thinkcriticallywhenplanningtoassureprojectsuccess
2. UpdatedatabaseofpartnersforEPC, BOT&SES
- Gathering and updating information of prospect partners.
- Ensuring all necessary information should BE in the database for easier.
3. Responsible for providing competition information in the market
- Making list of the competitors
- Gather all information of the competitor
- Updating information of the database according to Projects, capacity, partner, budget, contract price, execution performance, etc.
4. Responsible for monitoring, updating and project development of the project pipeline.
- Working closely with BD Director to strategically which project to follow.
- Ensuring the updated data for proper monitoring of the project.
- Gathering more information like competition, budget, partner etc
5. Responsible for doing weekly report, compilation of documents, liquidations, reimbursement related to cash advances from the company
Preparing weekly report to the BD Director.
Preparing monthly reimbursement, liquidation due to the company.
Compiling Documents from Partners, Clients and Consultants
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelor's degree or above (Chemical Engineer preferred but not required)
2. Fluent speaking and writing in English
3. 5-8years'experience in the water/wastewater treatment sector
4. At least 2 big successful water-related PPP or BOT Projects and a small one, where applicant has shown involvement from conceptual stage until contract signature and aftersales.
5. Knowledgeable with the process of preparing solicited and unsolicited offers.
6. Advantage if applicant has experience in marketing new products and services to the market (e.g., Smart Solutions).
7. With good network in the water/wastewater treatment sector.
8. Has a good sense of the competition land
9. Meticulous and detail oriented
10. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
11. Capable of working under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality.
12. Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable preparation
13. Good team player
14. Able to work under pressure
15. Willing to accept frequent travel (when conditions already allow).
