Ta mission
L'équipe R&D a pour mission d'identifier, tester, créer ou intégrer des nouvelles technologies pour en faire des MVP innovants à destination du cloud, Sous la supervision du CTO, ton rôle est de manager plusieurs équipes sur différents sujets d'innovation, de construire une vision R&D en collaboration avec le top management et les produits, de motiver une culture d'innovation à l'ingénierie, de créer une émulsion technique et une image de marque technologique pour Scaleway.Tu auras la responsabilité de gérer une équipe de 8 à 10 personnes, de construire une roadmap R&D à itérations rapides, de partager avec le reste de l'ingénierie, de contribuer à l'esprit de partage de la connaissance avec les communautés (open source, scientifique, par ex...).Les domaines techniques sont divers et ouverts, du plus bas niveau dans les couches matérielles du cloud jusqu'aux logiciels SaaS.Tu joueras un rôle important dans la définition de Scaleway à long terme en proposant des stratégies techniques innovantes pour le cloud.
