Les missions du poste
Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting processes, with a specific focus on our management activities and group investments/capital expenditures (Capex). This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, facilitates effective budget management, and collaborates with various departments to enhance financial routines and analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Ownership : Lead the accounting principles and budget management for our "Management" and "Investment" activities. Support and guide the accounting and operational teams to establish streamlined processes, ensuring timely activities and correctness.
- Quality Assurance : Establish effective quality assurance activities to validate correctness and compliance. Maintain our "cost allocation calculation model" to support distribution of overhead costs across countries and ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules.
- Collaboration : Act as the liaison between Business Controlling, Rental, and Accounting to align data structures and reporting. Support internal clients by ensuring a unified understanding of systems and processes.
- Budget Management : Implement and facilitate budget management tools and processes to enable effective budget oversight by department managers and project managers across the group.
- Internal Controls : Participate in internal controls, assurance activities, and audit coordination across our portfolio.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Understanding of accounting and budget management in a service-providing setup. You come with a couple of years of experience with budget management procedures for investment activities/Capex is a plus.
- Skills : Strong analytical skills, familiarity with IT tools and accounting software packages (e.g., SAP and Excel), and experience with process management/design.
- Communication : Good oral and written skills in both the local language and English. Ability to communicate effectively and work independently while being proactive and team-oriented.
