PROFILE :

Business School, University, or equivalent of Bac +5

Analytical mindset, solution driven, and detail-oriented

Willingness to learn, proactive, creative, organized, and hands-on

Interest in High Jewelry with sensibility in service excellence

Skilled in data analysis, specifically Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, charts & graph creation) & PPT presentation

Great communications skills, in English and French

MISSIONS :

As part of the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, you will assist the team in business development tasks and event organization such as :

Event Coordination

Assisting the HJ Business Development Project Manager in the preparation of regional and international HJ events as well as internal engagements (Team gathering, Watch Board, HJ Board)

Participating in kick-off and task force meeting with different stakeholders and departments

Event support and coordination (Client presentation's scheduling, attendance tracking, updating event calendar, etc.)

Coordinating logistics and suppliers during internal events (restaurants, hotels, services, etc.)

Business Analysis

Assisting in the preparation of meeting agenda and presentations

Analysing data and KPIs to provide insights on HJ business performance (post-event report, end of fiscal year report, etc.)

Assisting in the analysis of the second-hand market and maintaining the database

Operational support

Supporting in the development of the training paths and content for the High Jewelry Sales Associates

Providing day-to-day operational supports to the teamand the department

Collaborating with key stakeholders within the Maison, in particular Regional HJ teams Marketing, and Communication on relevant HJ Retail topics

Coordinating requests for Watch workshop visits
