Your Mission

As a DEVOPS Engineer , you'll drive the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native, automated environments to support modern software delivery. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing pipelines, deploying reliable systems, and leading innovation across our platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Pipeline Management
- Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure smooth build, test, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with development teams to align pipelines with real needs

Cloud-Native Infrastructure
- Deploy and manage containerized apps using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Work in cloud environments like Azure , ensuring best practices in networking, ingress, and TLS
- Implement efficient and secure cloud-native solutions

Feature Ownership & Collaboration
- Act as a feature owner , coordinating development and delivery with stakeholders
- Fix bugs, develop new features, and reduce complexity/legacy
- Focus on forward-fixing and modernizing systems

Proof of Concept & Tech Leadership
- Lead POCs to test and adopt new technologies
- Collaborate with platform teams to implement bank-wide innovations
- BE among the first to explore and implement new tools and systems

Automation & Efficiency
- Embrace everything as code (IaC, containers, pipelines)
- Promote scalable, repeatable, and automated solutions
- Reduce manual work and improve team productivity

Monitoring & Observability
- Set up tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK to monitor and alert
- Ensure system uptime and proactive issue resolution

Deployment Tools
- Use tools like Octopus Deploy , Jenkins , Terraform to manage and automate deployments

Team Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with Dev, QA, Ops, Platform and Technical Excellence teams
- Share knowledge through clear and structured documentation
- Help bring scalable solutions into practice

Your Technical Toolbox

Must-Have
- Programming in .NET (C#) or Java
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DEVOPS
- Container & orchestration tools : Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Cloud platforms : Azure , AWS or GCP
- Monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace , etc.
- CI/CD and deployment automation with tools like Octopus Deploy , Terraform
- Strong Git skills for version control

Nice-to-Have
- Scripting with PowerShell, Bash or Python
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle
- Understanding of load balancing, ingress controllers , and basic networking
