As part of its development, Smart2Move is seeking its new Head of Finance.
Do you have expertise in finance, accounting, and management control in an international context? Are you proficient in Odoo and looking for a key position within a dynamic company? We are seeking a person capable of managing the financial and accounting aspects of several companies in Switzerland, France, and the United States.
You'll have a swiss contract.
Your Main Responsibilities :
Financial Management and Monitoring :
- Develop, manage, and optimize the company's management control.
- Establish and monitor financial reports for management.
- Manage cash flow and optimize financial flows.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure rigorous payment management.
Accounting and Multi-Entity Management :
- Oversee the accounting of entities in Switzerland, France, and the United States.
- Ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with local accounting and tax obligations.
- Manage the closing of accounts in collaboration with accountants and auditors.
Analysis & Reporting :
- Produce financial analyses, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts to support the company's strategy.
- Manage the profitability of projects and investments.
Support & Optimization of Financial Tools :
- Manage and optimize the use of Odoo for financial and accounting management.
- Implement processes and automation tools to improve financial management.
- Support internal teams on administrative and financial matters.
Le profil recherché
Your Profile :
- Experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Senior Management Controller.
- Mastery of accounting and tax standards in Switzerland, France, and USA.
- Experience in an international and multi-entity environment.
- Excellent skills in reporting, financial analysis, and cash management.
- Experience in managing the Research Tax Credit (CIR) and tax optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Odoo software and financial management tools.
- Languages : French / German (mandatory) / English.
