GLOBAL MERCHANDISING APPRENTICE HUGO BOSS FRAGRANCES

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Merchandising Apprentice, you will primarily support the Project Managers in the conception and development of temporary in-store animations for fragrance launches in terms of visibility, image and consumer experience within the HUGO BOSS Merchandising team.

He/she will report to the Global Merchandising Director.

Key missions :
- Design and delivery of temporary in-store materials for multiple initiatives, o Liaise with design agencies from creative brief to artwork production, follow-up & feedback to markets on local executions,
- Translate creative concept into technical briefs for material purchasing purposes or local production,
- Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines, delivery and implementation of assets,
- Create and write related merchandising guidelines,
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive research,
- Update planograms using IWD software.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to interact with cross-functional teams and learn about the beauty business environment and international trends. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are :
- Master 1 / Master 2 student (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Design),
- First experience in VM, Retail design or Trade Marketing in the beauty or luxury goods industry will BE a plus,
- Proficient with MS Office. Adobe suite would BE a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign),
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment,
- Excellent written and spoken English,
- Reliable and attention to details,
- Strong collaboration skills.
