As FP&A manager :

Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, variance analyses, long-term planning, risk/opportunity assessments and periodic/ad hoc reports for the mainly HR/ overhead scopes.
- Perform advanced and in-depth analysis of actual expenses
- Collaborate with the financial control team during the closing process, which includes the review of ledgers in SAP and the preparation of accruals
- Consolidate the Overheads perimeter with preparation of periodic follow-ups to management members
- Identify cost improvement opportunities
- Act as financial liaison with operational staff, working with them to understand their activities, support their initiatives and respond to general financial queries
- Identify and research variances in prior year forecasts, budget and expenses
- Ad hoc reporting and business analysis as required

Skills
- 3-5 years' experience
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different hierarchical levels
- High level of commitment, motivation and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- Comfortable navigating gray areas without clear solutions
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining an overview of the big picture
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to BE met
