COMPANY INTRODUCTION :
Our client is a leading player in the hospitality technology sector, providing innovative solutions to enhance the online visibility and commercial performance of hotels. With a passionate international team and a global network of partners, our client places innovation at the core of their mission to offer customized solutions across diverse markets.

RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :
To support its continued growth in Germany, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Berlin region, with a specific focus on the city and surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company's presence across Germany and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Sales Manager for the German market, you will BE responsible for :

Growing the Client Portfolio :
- Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across Germany.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).

Selling the Company's Solutions :
- Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
- Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
- Close deals and meet sales targets.

Collaborating with Internal Teams :
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.

Representing the Company at Industry Events :
- Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Germany to increase visibility and expand the company's network.

PROFILE SOUGHT :
- Desired experience : 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
- Languages : Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Sales Expertise : Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
- Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.
- Personal Qualities : Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :
- Salary : Between €50,000 and €60,000 fixed + 10% variable based on total sales generated.
- Additional benefits : to BE discussed during the recruitment process.
