Job description
You will join a pole that is key to ManoMano's growth : Acquisition, where you will manage and optimize ManoMano paid traffic campaigns (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK), steering day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with your targets with a strong focus on ROI.
Background & Missions
Within the Acquisition team, you are immersed in a pole that is key to ManoMano's growth : Google Shopping Campaigns, where you will manage and optimize ManoMano Google Shopping campaigns (& Idealo) managing day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with your targets with a strong focus on ROI. (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK),
Your main missions
- Managing day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with your targets with a clear focus on ROI
- Set up & monitoring of Google Shopping and App campaigns
- Strong focus on International campaigns (Germany, Italy, Spain and UK)
- Continuous analysis & recommendations to improve our campaigns hygiene
- Checkup routines & feeds quality
- Identify business opportunities and design A/B tests with the objective of growth hacking for Google Shopping and App campaigns
- Analyze results and collaborate with Data team to challenge the learnings and next steps
- Reporting & analysis (demand, competition traffic, coverage rate etc.) for internal stakeholders (sourcing, product, countries...)
- Benchmarking & competition monitoring
Managing day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with your targets with a clear focus on ROI
Set up & monitoring of Google Shopping and App campaigns
Strong focus on International campaigns (Germany, Italy, Spain and UK)
Continuous analysis & recommendations to improve our campaigns hygiene
Checkup routines & feeds quality
Identify business opportunities and design A/B tests with the objective of growth hacking for Google Shopping and App campaigns
Analyze results and collaborate with Data team to challenge the learnings and next steps

Skills
- PPC/Traffic management : 2+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns with a proven track record of driving results, with substantial media spend.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical mindset and skills (proficient in Excel & SQL). Ability to dig into datasets to find meaning and make data-driven decisions.
- You are autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
- You are a source of proposals, creative/innovative. Don't BE afraid to explore the unknown, make the data speak and generate ingenious ideas from IT
- Rigor and organizational skills
- English & French bilingual
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
