About the role

- You will BE accountable for :

- Running and optimizing our production capabilities and overall operations on the site

- Managing projects related to factory revamping, automation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives

- Shaping the industry of the future through digital transformation through data and process control

- Driving the sustainability, energy transition, and safety agenda in collaboration with diverse specialized teams

- Challenging our organization and providing suggestions for potential improvement opportunities

- Taking ownership of your development and career growth, with the support of a mentor
- We provide a full-time permanent contract, featuring hybrid and on-site work arrangements, through 3 rotations of 12 months, across diverse business units, functions, projects, and geographic locations. The start date is expected to BE September 2024.

About you
- Master degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering.
- Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries. Digital background is a plus.
- Competencies :

- Expertise in engineering principles

- Leadership and project management

- Proficiency in English is required, while proficiency in any additional language is advantageous

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all : compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The annual base salary for this role is 49 950 EUR. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and other incentives.
