Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Planner & Business Analyst to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and product assortments to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize Sales Forecast.
- Assist in the definition of product assortment strategies based on market trends, sales data, and competitive analysis.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance, product trends, and customer behaviors to provide actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key merchandising KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different reports and systems.
- Provide insights to support pricing, allocation, and replenishment strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve merchandising processes through automation and data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for better decision-making.
- Work closely with buying, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Planner or Business Analyst, preferably in merchandising, luxury retail, or fashion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP and retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
