Job Purpose :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled V&V designer to join our V&V Mainlines Trackside group. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the the demonstration of the quality of the delivery to final customers, with a complementary focus on robustness versus cybersecurity needs.

Responsibilities

Performs Verification and Validation activities, as defined in the V&V plan.
The V&V Designer :
defines and performs review activities on design documents and on project deliverables, writing the Verification report;
defines Test Plans and Test Descriptions;
supports the update of the RVT for requirements allocated to V&V for testing;
performs Test Campaigns, analyzes and validates the results, and writes the test reports.

manages the deployment of the configuration under test in labs (in Alstom and customer premises). This activity requires specific expertise on the new technology at the base of latest Alstom products.

leads the definition and execution of the tests covering cybersecurity requirements.

Profile :

Engineering degree, experience +3 years, significant testing experience, preferably on industrial systems having reliability or safety constraints. Previous experience in similar projects is a plus.

Ability to synthesize, to organize, and to argue.

Linguistic capabilities : French and English
