Department : Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) department led by the Global CTO has the ambition to :

- Develop Service Management skills and have an open mindset to improve satisfaction level of IT Teams and Chanel End-Users

Join the Global CTO Office Team, known internally as the Strategy & Governance Team, and BE a driving force behind the orchestration of our Strategic Roadmap, Governance and Portfolio Management.

YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL

We are seeking a passionate and proactive apprentice to work alongside our Strategy & Portfolio Manager and Governance & Change Manager. This is a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of our operations and contribute to critical projects within the Global CTO Teams. As part of your journey, you will :
- Play a pivotal role in crafting and refining our 3-year Strategic Roadmap for GIS. Your contributions will directly align our team's efforts with our overarching strategic goals.
- Drive and coordinate Global Governance & Project Management Meetings, creating a space for productive collaboration and partnership across the global teams.
- Regularly update our internal SharePoint and Project Portfolio, ensuring an exhaustive follow-up and up-to date tools. This will involve close collaboration with the Infrastructure Teams to maintain a seamless flow of information.
- PrepareInfrastructure Department monthly committees, sharing information aroundProject Portfolio Performance, Dashboards, Org Charts, etc. with Managers & Stakeholders.
- Identify and implement enhancements and new features related to ourtools (SharePoint, Infrastructure Project Portfolio Tool, etc.), aiming at improving Manager's needs and refiningan easy-to-usetool for the whole CHANEL\_TECH Community.
- Assist the Strategy and Governance Team in creating Templates/Guidelines that will boost the efficiency and quality of our operations, setting new standards of excellence.
- Animate and support the GIS Apprentice community, (currently a group of ~20 apprentices), fostering a spirit of collaboration, growth, and innovation.

Relationships :
- Collaborate with Global CTO Teams and interface with IT professionals in our International Hubs(APAC, Europe, Japan, UK & Others, US, Swiss Markets)
- Coordinate with other IT Teams to maintain a cohesive strategic approach.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Enrolled in a master's degree in engineering or business administration (Bac +4, Bac +5).
- Experience in a related field is highly regarded.
- Essential skills include independence, precision, dynamism, and effective communication.
- Proficient with Office Tools
- Fluent in English & French
