Product Team

Zefir's Product Team consists of 4 experienced product builders (with one open seat-maybe yours !) dedicated to creating AI-powered solutions across all our user experiences :
- Sellers : public website, personal dashboards.
- Buyers : AI-enhanced search, seamless visit scheduling, automated recommendations.
- Agents : specialized app for day-to-day workflow management.
- Internal Users : advanced back-office tools, dashboards, and internal systems.

Responsibilities/Mission

As a Product Designer at Zefir, you'll shape intuitive and impactful user experiences across our entire product ecosystem. Your key responsibilities include :
- Leading end-to-end design processes : from user research and discovery, through ideation and prototyping, to delivery and iteration.
- Designing thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI : crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, ensuring scalable and visually coherent designs ready for development.
- Measuring impact and iterating continuously : defining and tracking success metrics using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, and NPS to continuously refine your designs based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborating cross-functionally : closely working with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and stakeholders, ensuring design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Contributing to the Design System and design culture : maintaining and expanding our design system, creating reusable components, and actively participating in team rituals such as reviews and retrospectives.
- Bridging tech, business, and product strategy : balancing engineering constraints with business outcomes, making design decisions aligned with strategic company goals.
