We are looking for :
- As an Intern - Content Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the user beta testing and deployment of our AI Chatbot (SyGPT) within our organization. This innovative and customized tool aims to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster collaboration among our worldwide teams. Your primary responsibility will BE to assist the product owner (PO) in the follow up of beta tests before feature release and in the user adoption across the group worldwide.

We count on you for :
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in Beta Testing Prior to Feature Release :

- Maintain Beta Testers List : Regularly update the list of beta testers across various platforms (e.g., Google Group, Google Space, Slides) to include new participants and remove inactive ones.

- Communication with Testers : Draft and send emails or Google Space messages to beta testers, informing them about upcoming tests, timelines, and expectations.

- Preparation for Kick-off Sessions : Assist the PO in preparing necessary materials (e.g., slides, documents, invitations) for kick-off sessions. Support note-taking and maximize feedback collection during these sessions

- Feedback Collection and Analysis : During the beta testing period, gather feedback on bugs, improvement suggestions, and other insights to assist the PO in effectively following up. Additionally, participate in testing the features and provide valuable insights.

- Post-Beta Test Activities : Prepare Google Forms to collect feedback post-testing and compile highlights for the PO to analyze.
- Collaborate with the Change Team and PO for User Adoption :

- Support Change Management Activities : Assist the Change Manager in deploying all change and communication activities (e.g., slide deck preparation, trainings, webinars, team meetings) in a timely manner to the targeted audience.

- User Interview Insights : Support the PO by summarising meeting notes and providing insights after user interviews to help define the optimal adoption strategy.

You will bring :
- Currently enrolled in a Communication or other related program at a recognized university or institution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative and curious mindset with a passion for developing products and engaging stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, and technology-driven solutions is a plus.
- Mandatory = Fluent in English, French is a plus.
