Les missions du poste
Overseeing construction crews and equipment :
- Provide leadership, direction, and optimization of on-site teams.
- Manage subcontractors by selecting the most suitable vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance.
Ensuring worksite safety :
- Implement and enforce all applicable safety regulations.
- Establish appropriate preventive measures and safety awareness training for teams.
Adhering to technical standards :
- Possess in-depth knowledge of VRD construction techniques (earthworks, drainage, roads, networks).
- Apply DTUs (Documents Techniques Unifiés) and specifications to ensure compliance.
Optimizing costs :
- Conduct accurate measurements and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Negotiate purchases and monitor material consumption to minimize expenses.
Guaranteeing work quality :
- Perform regular inspections and quality control checks.
- Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Le profil recherché
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Public Works
- At least 3 years of experience in managing VRD construction projects
- Proficiency in VRD construction techniques (earthworks, drainage, roads, networks)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Salary Range : €50K - €60K + Bonuses
