Context & Team :
Do you dream of diving into the world of Performance Marketing?
Reporting directly to the Senior Affiliation & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role managing both ongoing and new affiliate campaigns that drive our performance and expand our portfolio. You will lead direct partnerships in the assigned countries and collaborate closely with our affiliation agency, Awin.
Internally, you will work alongside our data, brand & studio, and seller teams to enhance our campaigns. To succeed in this role, you will need a passion for building professional relationships and an innovative approach to optimizing business opportunities.

What You'll Do :
As an Affiliate & Traffic Assistant, you will BE at the heart of the action ! You will have the opportunity to :

- Help ManoMano achieve business and visibility growth through the affiliation channel in the European market.
- Identify top affiliates and collaborate with them to optimize performance by sharing relevant data about ManoMano, anticipating campaigns, and optimizing product selection.
- Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with our affiliate platform/agency (Awin) and local Account Managers to ensure alignment with our objectives, identify opportunities, and follow a mutual action plan. Develop B2B activities on the affiliate channel with new affiliates and channel partners.
- Execute operational tasks to ensure our spending vision is aligned internally and optimize the profitability of the affiliation program.
- Reporting : Monitor our KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly. Gather necessary information, derive insights, and provide suggestions for improvement.

What We're Looking For :
We are looking for a student graduated Bac +3 to Bac +5 from a top Business School in Data Analytics and/or Digital Marketing, who has :

- Strong analytical skills : You are comfortable working with numbers and extracting insights.
- Data skills : Ideally, you have experience running SQL in Snowflake/Metabase, automating tasks, and setting up GTM tags.
- Curious, audacious, and autonomous : You should BE self-motivated and able to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Well-organized and proactive, you are not afraid to take risks and test new concepts.
- Good interpersonal skills : Strong relationship-building abilities are essential for collaborating with both internal teams (data, brand & studio, seller teams) and external partners (affiliates and the affiliate platform/agency).
- Ideally, you have completed a first related work experience (including internships and apprenticeship).
- Languages : Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in other European languages being appreciated (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German).
