What we shall achieve together :
Key department within Groupe SEB Global Supply Chain Board, Industrial Efficiency team is a strong industriel & business partner on co-defining and leading strategic end-to-end programs to enable :
- Customers'satisfaction
- Cost and cashoptimisation
- Manufacturing Organisationdevelopment
- Eco-manufacturingtransformation
Industrial Efficiency team, in close connection with Business Units, Purchasing, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, is in charge of :
- Defining and facilitating global end-to-end performance programs deployment.
- Co-building & providing methodology, standards / best practices and tools to deploy and ensure adoption and performance maturity growth.
- Supporting site diagnostics on demand and co-building improvement action plans.
- Training by doing & coaching key business partners.
- Directly leading key corporate projects and initiatives.
Your role and contribution :
During a 3-month internship and within the Industrial Efficiency team based in the Ecully Campus, you will learn by doing and contributing with an active role to deliver key excellence program initiatives on site and at corporate level.
Your main activities will BE :
- Participate on site Kaizen workshops to identify improvement opportunities in terms of customer service, quality, cost and/or cash.
- Contribute to key corporate projects such as digitalization of operational excellence in line with Groupe SEB 4.0 ambitions.
