What we expect from you to Excel in this role :
Key Responsibilities
Design Office / After-Sales Service (SAV) :
- Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
- Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.
- Perform after-sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height.
- Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Italy.
- Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.
Logistics / Stock Management :
- Maintain rigorous tracking of theoretical and physical stock levels.
- Oversee the preparation of customer orders, from picking to loading.
- Supervise and/or actively participate in material loading/unloading operations.
- Monitor client deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage and archive shipping documentation and delivery records

Le profil recherché
- Experience in warehouse management.
- Ability to operate handling equipment and control a lift platform.
- You will learn how to dimension projects - photometric studies.
- You will use our ERP SAGE software for stock management.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English.

- Annual base salary starting on 32k Euros, or more depending on your competences and experience.
Additional Information Recruitment and Integration Process
If selected, you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with just three steps :
- IT starts with a technical video interview with your future managers : Andrea and Bruno,
- Then, a video interview with ou HR Director, Joris, to discuss values as well as cultural fit,
- Finally, a last meeting, in our headquarter, with our Deputy General Manager, Nelson, to finalise the recruitment.
Onboarding for the position will BE through our customised internal program. You will BE supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages :
- Meeting all departments and business areas of the company,
- Technical discovery of the products and processes,
- Training tailored to your needs and functions.
