Les missions du poste
As an IT Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include :
- Business Process Analysis : Assess and improve public sector taxation processes for optimal system implementation.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical needs for the taxation software.
- System Design & Specification : Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project goals with stakeholders.
- Project Involvement : Support system development, modernization, implementation, and maintenance.
- Documentation : Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Quality Assurance : Work with testing teams to validate system functionality and compliance.
- Change Management : Handle modifications to project scope and requirements, ensuring effective communication.
- Reporting : Provide project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Functional & Integration Testing : Conduct testing to verify proper system implementation and integration.
Le profil recherché
Education & Experience :
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in business process analysis for information systems.
- Previous involvement in at least one system development, modernization, or maintenance project.
Skills & Competencies :
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with business process modeling tools and system development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government officials and technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with revenue management, taxation, or public sector projects.
- Knowledge of public sector taxation systems and operations.
- Certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Information Systems Analyst (ISA), or
- Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA).
