Amazon is seeking experienced Marketplace Consultants to join our Amazon Marketplace Professional Services team in France. This role focuses on supporting and growing existing sellers on our platform, helping them reach new heights in their e-commerce journey. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will BE at the heart of seller success. You'll develop expertise in growth programs such as international expansion, logistics optimization, promotional strategies, and advertising campaigns. Your role will involve diving deep into seller data, providing strategic recommendations, and driving tangible results. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will :
- Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of high-potential seller accounts - Develop and implement tailored growth strategies for partner sellers - Provide expertise on various Amazon Marketplace programs - Analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations - Prepare and present regular business plans to partner sellers - Collect feedback on seller experiences and support program development - Work on cross-functional projects in an international environment - Contribute to the improvement of our programs and tools - Achieve objectives on seller satisfaction and revenue growth - Train partner sellers on Seller Central tools to ensure their autonomy - Manage improvement projects and work on cross-functional initiatives in an international environment - Achieve objectives for launching new businesses and growing seller revenue About the team This role offers a unique opportunity to BE at the forefront of e-commerce innovation, working with diverse businesses and helping them navigate the complexities of online marketplaces. - Bachelor's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university education - Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketplaces - Fluency in French and English - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities QUALIFICATIONS APPRÉCIÉES :
