Our team

To improve customer request management, our team is working on streamlining business demands to enhance efficiency and accelerate responsiveness. The objective is to define and develop optimized workflows, integrate a feedback loop, and establish business steering boards to ensure continuous improvement.

This project will have a direct impact on Amadeus' business flow and key stakeholders, improving service quality and operational effectiveness.

Technologies involved :
- PHP, Symfony, Laravel for backend development
- Angular for frontend integration
- Cloud technologies for scalable deployment

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will :
- Develop and optimize workflows for customer request management
- Integrate feedback loops to enhance process efficiency
- Support the implementation of business steering boards
- Work with modern web technologies to streamline operations

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in English.

Required skills :
- Knowledge of PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Angular, and Cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to organize and structure complex workflows

Soft skills :
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
- A proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving
