Manage various customers to ensure that all administrative and logistical activities related to sales are handled efficiently and accurately.
Responsabilities :
Compiling shipping documents (VGM CMR)Consulting spare parts catalogs and looking up codesChecking serial numbers on ordersCreation of picking lists for departmental warehouse workersProcessing commercial offersIssuing and filing ddtInvoicingOrder entryOrganizing shipmentsPacking quotations and notifying customer of ready productsSearching supplier statements by invoice product origin
Qualifications
High school diploma
Technical skillsKnowledge and ability to use AS400 management systemKnowledge and use of office packageKnowledge of SAP management systemReading exploded views and bills of materials
