SO PACK ! is a company specialized in the perfume and cosmetics industry. From design and product development to the supply of finished goods and packaging components, we export our Made in France expertise to an international clientele.

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team.

With a higher education degree in Marketing Business, you will ideally have 4 to 5 years of experience in the Cosmetics sector.

You will work closely with the Sales and Product Development Manager and BE responsible for the following tasks :
- Product Development (perfume, body care) : from the branding, the design to the final product, you will collaborate with various international stakeholders including suppliers and clients. You will develop each component with them and ensure a smooth production follow-up until arrival in our factories.
- Concept Creation : Preparing marketing or olfactive briefs, overseeing design, and coordinating with laboratories for the formulas.
- Project Management : Finalizing customer proposals and tracking the workflow of all internal and external stakeholders : making sure the components arrives on time for production.
- Regulatory Affairs : Managing office documentation for cosmetic product registration (DIP, SASO, SFDA, etc.).
- Product Nomenclature : Assisting with the classification and management of new and existing products alongside the team.
- Production Oversight : Monitoring product development in collaboration with the team and processing plants in France.
- Business Development : Presenting product offerings to clients and representing the company at exhibitions and fairs or during client visits.

Who We're Looking For :
We are looking for someone who is :
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Organized and multitasking, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the team including the CEO.
- Autonomous and proactive, quick to understand and execute tasks efficiently.
