Talent Acquisition Team

The Talent Acquisition Team at Zefir is at the heart of our strategic growth, dedicated to sourcing and attracting exceptional talents to drive the company's expansion. Directly collaborating with Rémy Fabre, co-founder, and supported by a People Manager, you'll have full autonomy and a tangible impact on shaping and executing our talent strategy.

Responsibilities/Mission
- Source and attract top talent for key positions (Tech, Sales, Ops, Growth).
- Use diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, schools).
- Maintain an active talent pool for future needs.
- Work with managers to identify hiring needs and write clear job descriptions.
- Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with Zefir's values.
- Analyze and improve recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Represent Zefir's culture and values effectively.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment performance.

Qualification
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within startup or scale-up environments.
- Advanced sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to attract outstanding talent across diverse roles.
- Proven track record of structuring and optimizing recruitment processes effectively.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging KPIs for informed decision-making.
- Excellent cultural alignment with the ability to authentically embody and promote Zefir's core values.
