What about joining Samaritaine?

Context

The Planning team works closely with the Merchandising and logistics teams of Samaritaine. The goal is to provide the store with a coherent product offering while ensuring the best sales figures and optimizing management indicators (sell-through rate, stock turnover, markdown rate, etc.).

The team is organized into two sections : the Merchandising section (qualitative management) and the Planning section (quantitative management). The objective of the Planning section is to manage supplies while monitoring sales and margin, and optimizing the stock level in the store. This mission is carried out in close collaboration with the Merchandising section, which ensures the quality of the product offering in the store.

Missions

Within the Food & Gift category - a portfolio of 80 brands - you will support the Planning Manager with the following tasks :
- Purchase Order : Launching opening and replenishment orders with the brands;

- Delivery : Monitoring deliveries, warehouse receptions, and store transfers;

- SKU management : Managing and tracking product references in the systems;

- Invoicing : Monitoring payments in close collaboration with the brands and the accounting department;

- Reporting : Assisting in the creation of reports to analyze the performance of collections.

Profile
- You have excellent command of computer tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

- You speak English fluently;

- Organized and meticulous, you have excellent analytical skills;

- Result-oriented, you take initiatives and are proactive. You know how to operate in a demanding environment and adapt during peak activity periods;

- You also demonstrate team spirit and have very good interpersonal skills.
