Les missions du poste
¿What would you BE doing in your day a day?
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies in industrial systems following the ISA 62443 standard.
- Conduct OT risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats in industrial automation systems.
- Develop and implement business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP) in industrial and operational environments.
- Monitor and lead cybersecurity incident response activities in OT systems, coordinating the CSIRT (Cyber Security Incident Response Team).
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure the security of industrial systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS, IoT, etc.).
- Ensure the integration of security measures throughout the OT system lifecycle, from design to operation.
- Manage and maintain security monitoring tools and threat detection in industrial networks.
- Train and advise other internal teams on OT cybersecurity and best practices to mitigate risks.

Le profil recherché
What do we need from you?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in OT cybersecurity in industrial environments.
- ISA 62443 certification.
- Extensive knowledge of risk assessments and threat analysis in industrial systems.
- Experience in the implementation and management of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DRP) plans.
- Knowledge of industrial networks and systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, and industrial IoT devices.
- Familiarity with security regulations such as NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and their application in OT contexts.
- Experience in incident management and skills in digital forensics in industrial systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel (10%)
