Shiseido EMEA, based in Paris, oversees the global activities of fragrance brands Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Serge Lutens, Shiseido Fragrances, and Zadig&Voltaire, as well as skincare brands Ulé and Gallinée. IT also manages the regional operations and distribution of several Group brands, including Clé de Peau Beauté, Drunk Elephant, NARS, Shiseido Ginza Tokyo, and Tory Burch.

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant intern to support our teams at Ulé and Gallinée. Over the course of this 6-month internship, you will gain hands-on experience in developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity to work with two innovative brands and help enhance their social media presence globally.

Key Responsibilities :

· Contribute to Social Media Strategy : Support the development and execution of global social media strategies for both Ulé and Gallinée, ensuring content is aligned with brand objectives and trends.

· Content Creation & Publication : Create daily engaging content (images, videos, captions, etc.) and manage its timely publication across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Paid Media Adaptation : Assist in adapting paid media content for social platforms, optimizing visuals and copy to resonate with target audiences.

· Social Media Content Planning : Help maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely execution of posts.

· Social Media Reporting : Assist in preparing monthly social media reports, including performance analysis, benchmarks, and trend tracking to inform future strategies.

· Community Management : Interact with and engage the online communities daily by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with followers and third-party brands or influencers.

Your profile :

· Student in 4th or 5th year of business or communication school.

· Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with an eye for detail and creativity.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

· Knowledge of social media reporting tools and analytics platforms.

· Ability to adapt content for various social media channels and paid media campaigns using tools such as Capcut, Canva or Adobe suite.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative thinking with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· A first experience internship in communication is required.
