GLOBAL MARKETING - PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT HUGO BOSS

12-MONTH APPRENTICESHIP STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Product Manager Assistant Apprentice, you will BE supporting the team in developing, implementing, and analysing marketing activity at a global level. A role with a great deal of exposure and insight giving valuable experience to support your on-going business/marketing related studies, through day-to-day admin and the opportunity to BE involved in campaigns and product launches.

Your main focus :
- Participate in the development of new product launches on BOSS THE SCENT & HUGO Franchises - respectively 2nd & 3rd pillars of HUGO BOSS Brand
- Assist the Brand Product Manager in the development of new launches : pack design, name research, concept, 360 big ideas, etc.
- Brief preparation & follow-up with the different internal and external teams (packaging design, communication, merchandizing, IM...)
- Manage operational monitoring and follow-up on mock ups, artworks, and pack shots
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with Hugo Boss cross functional teams (R&D, Digital, Merchandising, Influencer Marketing, Communication and Olfactive department)
- Creative development for GWPs and Fragrance Discovery Tools
- Assist the Brand Product Manager in 360° communication co-development guidelines
- Analyze the market trends
- Monitor new launches in the beauty industry with competitors' analyses and store check
- BE a key point of contact on all daily requests from local markets.
- Help preparing markets & fashion house presentations
- Participate in the organization of internal meetings (marketing plan, international convention) and the preparation of Brand Reviews by line.
- Assist the team in day-to-day : logistics, samples, Shipments, etc.

The Global Marketing team on BOSS THE SCENT & HUGO Franchises consists of one Brand Manager and one Brand Product Manager, supported by the new Global Marketing Product Manager Assistant. This role requires the ability to work closely with the direct manager based in Paris offices, and with several departments such as Digital, Merchandising, Influencer Marketing and Trade Marketing. All your colleagues are experts in their own field and eager to share and spread their passion for beauty. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced Global Influencer Marketing Assistant, you love switching among projects and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are/have :
- A Master student in marketing
- Rigorous and hands-on - able to work in full autonomy
- Creative, Confident & Curious - always keen on sharing your ideas
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Passionate about the beauty industry (fragrance focus)
- Previous work experience is preferred, however the ability to understand the key elements and an interest of the role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint & Excel)
- Great aesthetics & analytical skills (post-campaign reporting)
