We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power theirgrowth. Dolead runs paidmarketing campaignsfaster, integrates customerdatawith confidence and generatessales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.
We are looking fora Key Account Managerto work in our French office based in Paris. This experience will BE full of rich and varied missions and will offer you an international entrepreneurial experience. You will BE responsible for managing and driving adiverse portfolioof clients on theSpanish market.
Permanent role -based in ourParis Office or full remote from Madrid
If Paris based : 2days / week at the office
The role :
Portfolio Management
- Prepare and animate monthly and quarterly business reviews with the clients.
- Coordinate all stakeholders from the launch phase through to long-term activity oversight
- Analyze performance to identify opportunities for revenue and profitability optimization, as well as business growth.
- Raise alerts in a responsive manner in case of issues/churn risk. Facilitate effective communication between your clients and Dolead.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (reporting, invoicing...)
Portfolio Growth :
- Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Manager and negotiate with the clients to increase sales (PPL, categories, channels...).
- Drive account planning for long-term growth/partnership.
Build client relationships :
- Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact. Acquire a thorough understanding of their needs, KPIs and requirements and proactively assess their evolution.
- Understand the sector's expectations and the client's activities to offer tailored solutions.
Share best practices and anticipate future client needs to continually addvalue.
Profile :
- You have 5+ years of experience inAccount Management, managing a multi-million portfolio of keystrategicaccounts
- You havestrong sales acumen
- You have strong communication & presentation skills
- You aredata drivenand organized
- You are fluent inSpanish & English -French is a plus
- You are familiar with Paid advertising (Lead Generation is a plus)
- You are able to work in a fast paced environment.
