The position of CI Project Manager and Platform Evolution (PE) process expert in EP&I offers a dynamic environment to utilize and expand your expertise in continuous improvement and product evolution management. This transversal position involves working together across the different functions within EP&I and with the Global group quality team- Your mission is to perform throughout EP&I the all-important tasks of defining, implementing and maintaining Continuous Improvement activities but as well to maintain and develop the Platform Evolution Process (part of Idea To Product Process Domain). Both activities ensure excellence across operations, contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Responsibilities
Harmonize methods, roles, and responsibilities for CI within EP&I
Ensure alignment of CI and PER processes with global quality standards and corporate objectives.
Build and maintain a robust network across departments for smooth operational execution.
Make sure to establish and promote in EP&I a culture of proactive approach to quality management, aimed at constantly improving performance and reducing waste.

Continuous Improvement Project Manager :

Lead CI projects with Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies within EP&I.

Monitor and report on project progress and control the effectiveness of the improvements ensuring timely resolution of obstacles.
Establish KPIs and milestones for CI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify improvement opportunities and deliver tangible results.
Engage, animate, and support people to take a more active part in the CI.
Deploy training programs to enhance CI culture and skills across EP&I.
Conduct internal audits using ISO9001 referential.

Platform Evolution Process Expert :
Facilitate the integration and enhancement of the Platform Evolution Process across EP&I
Check that PE process, procedures, roles and responsibilities are properly defined inside EP&I and work together to achieve quality objectives.
Ensure seamless alignment of the PE and Identify bottlenecks in the product lifecycle and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
Develop a PE network across EP&I and define entry-points for each function.
Lead & Participate to cross-functional internal audits to ensure PE compliance and effectiveness.

Votre profil

With a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent), you have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of products and processes. Fluent English is required, while French or Italian is a plus. Your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and quality improvement methodologies enables you to drive efficiency and process optimization.

A natural leader, you Excel at engaging and inspiring cross-functional teams. Your structured, process-oriented mindset, combined with a proactive, results-driven approach, allows you to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions. You are comfortable working with MS Office and data management tools and can leverage new technologies to enhance processes.

With hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement, Product Evolution, and Quality Management Systems, you bring a rigorous, autonomous work ethic and a passion for driving change. An effective communicator, you thrive in dynamic environments, always seeking new ways to optimize performance and ensure continuous progress.
