Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?

Support the VSGA Sales Area Manager in the action plans for gaining visibility and support the growth on the markets : France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the Protect segment. He/she will BE supporting the Vetrotech International Marketing & Communications Manager in the execution of different projects strategically aligned with the overall Marketing communication strategy.

Your futur missions :

External Communication

Defining and execute the editorial plan : strategically aligning ads on Metal-flash and other key selected technical newspapers;
Plan, organize and send regular newsletters to our key stakeholders : SGVB, Architects, selected clients;
Creating content and web-content for the local and for the international markets and adapt IT to the communication channels (LinkedIn, Newsletters, Websites, PR);
Identify, organize reference project shootings & create documentation leading into a communication campaign;
Translate documentations and communications in French, Spanish, Italian and adapt content to local specificities;
Help organizing event with partners : lunch events, or events in our partners' showroom;
Contacting customers for surveys.

Digital tools

Support the development and maintenance of the Solution selector App;
Support the key users of the CRM to ensure the contact list is up to date to optimise the efficiency of emailing campaigns;
Maintain content up to date on Showpad, and monitor its use. Train and support VSGA Showpad key users;
Help creating the web content and align IT with the correct SEO strategy.

Operational Marketing

Support and update the new tarif creation for VSGA;
Support the team with local actions for improving their efficiency : ex. Samples-bag, spartner's showroom presence;
Support new Product Launches by developing, and/or translating, localizing and releasing appropriate Marketing toolboxes;
Support the VSGI MarCom Project Manager in charge of product marketing (ex. Asymmetric stickers) with the development of Product Toolkits.

Internal Communications

Write VSGA related articles to BE published on the Saint-Gobain and VSGI newsletters (The Bridge, Skyline, Vetrotech Inside);
Support the sales teams with PPT presentations : for customers, Architects, trainings.

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

You're preparing a Master's degree in communication or marketing, and are looking for a work-study placement in an industrial, international environment.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and writing skills, good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and show initiative.

You are a self-starter, creative and you are a good team player.

You have an excellent command of English (written and spoken), IT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and design tools.

Spanish and/or Italian would BE a plus.
