Sales department
The mission of the Sales department is to turn prospects into customers by demonstrating the added value of our solution for optimising internal corporate communications. IT works closely with the pre-sales team to qualify leads and organise personalised presentations, either face-to -face or remotely.
This service is divided into 3 parts :
- The small and middle market : companies with up to 500 employees
- Major accounts : Companies with more than 500 employees
- Key accounts : Networks and groups of companies, subsidiaries and franchisees
When you join Steeple, you'll BE working alongside a team managed by Quentin, Heads of Sales France, and as part of a regionally-based Account Executive team.
The position
Growing fast, we want to continue to expand in Spain and explore potential opportunities in the LATAM market.
So, as part of this great adventure, we're looking fot the person who will enable Steeple to convert as many companies as possible to internal communications, working alongside our formidable team.
As such, your missions will BE to :
- Lead the development of Steeple's offering for the Spanish and LATAM market
- Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners
- Generate ARR by acquiring new customers.
- Generating ARR from our customers through up-selling and cross-selling
- Implement a prospecting strategy, targeting the key people in the target companies (HR managers, communications managers, CEO's, CIO's)
- Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility
- BE the main contact for the Sales management team
The position is based at the head office in Rennes.
The position requires regular travel.
Profile required
We are looking for a profile with experience of launching a business in the country.
A minimum of 5 years sales experience is expected.
To accomplish all these missions :
Hardskills
- You are bilingual (or mother tongue) in Spanish and fluent in English, French is mandatory
- You are an expert in sales techniques
- You already have knowledge of the Spanish and LATAM market and a network of contacts
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are proactive
- You have excellent communication skills
Softskills
- You are autonomous in your assignments
- You are agile and adaptable in the face of change
- You lkike a challenge in an ambitious environment
- You're curious and able to make suggestions
