We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Front Office Manager and her Assistant, as a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless operation of our front office department. Your responsibilities will include
- Leading and inspiring the morning or the evening shift, with a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled service.
- Organizing and coordinating daily activities to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Managing room assignments for both individuals and groups, with a keen eye for detail and guest preferences.
- Collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Train, coach and supervise the Receptionists in order to support engagement, opportunity and development.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess :
- Proven experience in hotel management, with a focus on front office operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational abilities, especially in managing room assignments for individuals and groups
- Excellent communication skills
