Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a new Warehouse Manager (M/F) for our Nogent-sur-Vernisson (45) site !

Your Site : The Nogent (45) site, part of the Seat Structure Systems Division, includes two units : Assembly and Stamping, with approximately 500 employees. In line with the Group's strategic objectives, a transformation plan has been implemented to modernize the plant through investments in next-generation machines, site redevelopment, and the gradual integration of digital technology.

If so, you might BE the ideal candidate for the Warehouse Manager position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will :
- Manage the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping.
- Ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management.
- Collaborate closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum Education Level :
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience :
- Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting

Skills and Competencies :
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of logistics tools and systems, such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
