Within the Global Supply Chain department of Alstom, in the Rolling Stock & Components product line, our Material Management department is looking for a Supply Chain apprentice - Material Management Analyst Apprentice - reporting to the Global Material Planning Manager.

She/he will actively contribute on driving the Material Planning performance for ensuring in the sites efficient material planning activities between the different regions in compliance with the Alstom rules.

During the apprenticeship period, the - Material Management Analyst Apprentice - will BE responsible for the following tasks within the team

As Analyst into Performance Management & Ops Support she/he will actively contribute to :

Drive Operating Metrics, as well as improvements to monitor consolidated global performance in order to facilitate regional or site performance reviews for the operations KPI : Material Planning such as : OTIF, On Time In Full Delivery (External & Internal), Missing Parts...
Help to set up & deploy processes / standards
Improve material planning solutions, perform data intensive analysis (understanding of collected information and good analytical skills)
Update MM training materials to support to sites or regions on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites / new businesses for the Material Management activities

Profile

Bac +4 or Bac +5 in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Production, Procurement, Engineering

Rigorous

Autonomous

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Ability to assimilate a lot of information

Work in complex organisations

English mandatory (able to interact on a daily basis in English)

Computer skills (Office suite, knowledge of PowerBI & statistical tools other than Excel would BE a plus)
