As International People Ops Senior, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our human resources operations reporting directly to, the Head of People Operations.
You will BE responsible for all administrative management of the employee lifecycle and the production of outsourced payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing optimized processes to support our company's growth.
Your next missions
- Independently manage payroll and personnel administration for Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, from employee entry to exit, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Act as a point of contact for employees to answer their questions concerning payroll, benefits, etc.
- BE the point of contact for the employees requests for the work certificate, termination documents, etc
Main objectives
- Ensure smooth follow-up of employee requests
- Rigorous payroll management
- Know how to prioritize issues
Expected skills
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/+4) in HR management
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in people ops management, preferably in a scale-up company with international exposure
- Experience in creating, developing and implementing optimized processes
- Knowledge ofpayroll rules and knowledge of European regulations
- Fluency in French & English (German is a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously and complete assignments within given parameters
- Comfortable with numbers
- Strong interest in parameterizing HR Tools
- Good knowledge of legal obligations related to personnel management in France and Europe
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite (Drive), and standard office software
