Position Summary
You will BE responsible for the logistics and transportation strategy of Alloga France and its implementation for the 5 warehouses (and 150,000m2) laboratory clients.
Based in Gennevilliers or at one Alloga site in France, this role requires regular travel to warehouses.
Responsibilities :
Managing a team of 7-10 people with a total scope of > 400 individuals
Driving economic (€100m budget) and qualitative performance and managing the budget (from planning to execution) and service quality (on-time delivery, in good condition) through close monitoring of various KPIs (which may need to BE developed or revised as necessary).
Supply chain strategy, project management, continuous improvement
- Taking part and define the Long-Range Plan and yearly budget for Alloga France Supply Chain Operations together with the BU General Manager.
- Designing a comprehensive supply chain strategy to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of logistic services, the health and safety and environmental as well as the defined growth/capacity initiatives.
- Implementing this strategy through industrial project management of key projects to optimize our logistics network and transport footprint and monitoring progress plans for various warehouses and services.
- Developing operational processes to BE integrated into Cencora Information Systems. Work closely with Division and Country IT for development and implementation of new Supply Chain Operations systems supporting our business priorities and operating financial targets.

- Contributing to Alloga Europe, through Alloga France SC Network, in the development and the design of their operational processes. To include :
Operational Management
- Supervising all daily activities of the supply chain.
- Providing expert knowledge to Alloga France of current best practice in end-to-end Supply chain and operational processes within the upstream and downstream pre-wholesale pharmaceutical Supply Chain.
- Managing contingencies, BIA and BCP for Alloga France Operations.
- Effectively resolving any issues in the supply chain related to logistics and transportation while maintaining a global perspective (regularly interfacing with laboratory clients or wholesalers)
- Building and developing an efficient and capable Alloga France Operations organization while attracting, developing and retaining best inclusive Supply Chain talents.
Regulations, HSE
- Ensuring that various partnerships (such as transportation) are contracted and negotiated in accordance with group requirements.
- Leading safety initiatives with the group's HSE department
- Contributing and Implementing the group's carbon strategy

Essential Skills and Qualities
- A Supply chain and engineering background with master's degree with confirmed footprint in Knowledge of logistics and transportation industries (including regulations).
- Strategic vision, analytical thinking and attention to detail and capable to grasp business dynamics.
- Process oriented, ability to drive continuous improvement across extra-large team and through delegation.
- Strong customer orientation and commercial awareness.
- Mature, used to work under pressure / proven professional experience in successful and difficult business performance environment (ie : social plan, merging and acquisition, growth acceleration, resources shortage...).
- Results oriented with strong project management skill, focus on execution and deployment against agreed timing.
- Leadership with the ability to persuade and engage others and with very good communication and motivation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in complex organizational structures with ability to influence and operate effectively in a matrix organisation.
- French as mother tongue. Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desirable Skills
- Holder of a transport commission license
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and its obligations
Experience
- 15 years of experience in supply chain management with experience leading logistic sites and Supply Chain transformation.
- ExCom member proven experience.
- Ideally experience from the 3PL Pharma industry or experience from companies with the highest degree of focus on quality (like the 3PL Pharma Industry, fresh Dairy products, Ecommerce industry, and Transport Industry...).
- Experience from global companies with strong line and matrix management organization(s).
- Some years as management consultant or internal consultant within Supply Chain will BE valued as well as experience within business systems as Lean...
- Experience from projects within automation, WMS transformation, greenfield production and logistics will BE valued.
