Your Opportunity
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can lead projects and drive innovation in real estate management? We are looking for an experienced Small Works Manager to oversee and execute MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) and Small Works projects across a major corporate portfolio in PARIS.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Small Works Manager, you will :
Manage end-to-end project execution, from initial planning to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Oversee small-scale construction and refurbishment projects (ranging from $5K to $1M).
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and best practices in design and contract management.
Coordinate project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and project forecasts.
Liaise with internal and external clients, providing regular reports and maintaining transparency.
Contribute to business development, assisting in client meetings and marketing initiatives.
Le profil recherché
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingual in French and English.
Highly autonomous and proactive with strong time management skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset, able to handle ambiguity and complex projects.
