The Service Provider shall typically undertake the following roles in the Owners' HSSE Department withinthe specific perimeter of the project :
- Contribute as provider of HSSE Project Lead Services to the Client's HSSE Department, to :
- The safe design, development, construction, pre-commissioning, site installation, sitecommissioning, operation, inspection, maintenance and repair of all the Asset / Asset Units tobe delivered on the Project,
- The design, development, field implementation, monitoring and improvement of :
- All the construction equipment and infrastructure mobilized for the specific purpose ofdelivering the Asset / asset Units,
- All the related realization, support and management processes, and
- All ancillary services provided internally or from external sources which are required to supportall the above.
- Assure the overall co-ordination of HSSE-related matters interesting all the activities undertakenby the Project :
- Initially during the work package upstream design and development and Contracts preparationphases that will take place in the Project office in Nantes and at the premises of the 1st Parties(i.e., Contractors, External Providers, their Subcontractors and Suppliers, and all other Partiesinvolved in their supply chain) selected by the work package,
- Provide all the ancillary services needed to assist the HSSE Department's Director in his dutiesof coordinating all the system and operational level elements of the Project HSSEMS at the followingsteps of their implementation :
- 1 : planning of HSSE-related activities,
- 2 : development of related documented information required to support the implementation ofthe activities,
- 3 : monitoring of the implementation of related approved work package-specific HSSEManagement Plans and all supporting HSSE hazard control measures by the NOY project Teams and the 1st Parties in charge of this package, and HSSE performance monitoring including fieldsurveillance, auditing and reporting of same,
- 4 : processing of all feedback collected to share lessons learnt on the NOY project across other work packages, capitalize related organizational knowledge at Project level and continually improve the Project HSSEMS, all the above with specific accountability for the control of the HSSE hazards pertaining to the Project Place of Performance :Paris office & St Nazaire
