As Accounting Manager, you will BE instrumental in Hublo's mission to reshape healthcare operations across France, Spain, and Germany. Your mission : to streamline and scale our financial operations to support rapid growth in our key markets.
Reporting to (Head of Finance), leading a dedicated finance team (2 persons), and collaborating closely with stakeholders across such assales, operations, HR (...), you'll ensure financial strategies are robust and scalable. Your efforts will directly influence our operational efficiency and strategic financial planning, impacting Hublo's ability to expand and innovate within the healthcare sector.
Your Mission : Streamline, Lead, Innovate
- Optimize Financial Operations : design and implement financial systems that support scalability and complex financial activities across multiple countries.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance : manage all aspects of financial compliance, including tax filings and audits, across different temas to maintain Hublo's standing and reduce financial risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : work closely with department heads to align financial strategy with operational goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to budgeting and expenditure.
- Team Leadership : build and manage a finance team capable of operating in a high-growth environment, fostering continuous professional development and operational excellence.
- Strategic Financial Insights : provide insightful financial analysis that aids strategic decision-making and supports long-term growth plans.

Le profil recherché
- 6+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment that has undergone rapid scaling.
- A proven track record of developing and managing financial systems that accommodate growing operational complexities.
- Expertise in financial regulations, with a clear understanding of the specific financial compliance requirements across multiple European markets
- Management & leadership skills with experience in building and guiding high-performing teams in dynamic conditions.
- Advanced analytical abilities to oversee financial modeling, performance tracking, and strategic financial planning.
