YOUR MISSIONS
The CORE IT Commercial Shipping department, responsible for the management and evolutionary and corrective maintenance of our ERP, is currently working on a large-scale Obsolescence project, which is of major importance for the company's activities.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
- Assist in drafting and collecting deliverables (documentation, presentation materials, reporting, minutes, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation and execution of testing.
- Plan progress meetings.
- Support the project's budget management.
- Manage project communication, acting as a "community manager".
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You have a Bac +4/+5 degree in Computer Science, with a specialization in Computer Engineering.
- You have knowledge in project management (V-cycle, optional agile), as well as in IT architecture, flows and interfaces, and cloud computing.
- You are autonomous, curious, and motivated, with a good ability to multitask.
- You are humble, attentive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have fluent English to communicate in an international environment.
- A first experience or academic projects in IT project management would BE a plus.
