The Information Security Leader is accountable for the security of our Information Systems, Industrial equipments and IOT. He will work closely with executive management, IT teams, Legal function and other stakeholders to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's data and information systems and drive our compliance to NIS2.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Information Security Strategy : Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks to the organization's data, systems, and processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and controls to minimize exposure.
- Security Governance : Establish and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure adherence across the organization.
- Security Architecture, Design and Implementation : Ensure that security is integrated into the design and implementation of systems, applications, and infrastructure. Identify the adequate security solutions required, drive the solutions selection, lead their implementations within the IT infrastructure.
- Security Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the information security function, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training. Develop and maintain an incident response plan. Lead the investigation and resolution of security incidents, breaches, and violations. Structure crisis management procedure and run frequent crisis exercises.
- Compliance and Audit : Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS). Coordinate internal and external audits and assessments. Ensure quality communication and exchanges with authority in every country we operate in. Build a network of qualified ISS correspondents in the most important countries.
- Security Awareness and Training : Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees about security best practices and promote a culture of security.
- Security Metrics and Reporting : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the information security program. Prepare regular reports for executive management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field with significant experience in information security leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations. Including E-Bios methodology.
- Strong experience of Industrial IT & OT, and all the related security aspects the key infrastructure components (Active Directory, Cloud, Firewalls).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience managing security incidents and investigations.
- Fluent French and English are a Must
