Based in Paris we are looking for engaged and passionate Customer Success Intern to join our multicultural team.
Customer Success is at the heart of Aircall. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills that is looking to help customers succeed. You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing client base to ensure they help their businesses grow with Aircall
Key Responsibilities :
- BE the main point of contacts for our global customers in our long tail segment
- Handle client emails and answer their questions and requests efficiently & route requests to the appropriate self-serve resource or team
- Help the Customer Success team to answering inbound calls and work with other teams inside the company to resolve customer requests in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling & and retention tactics to Grow and nurture a portfolio of customers
- Work with the REST of the team to maximize expansion while minimizing churn risks and contraction and impacting customer satisfactionWork with our operations team to benchmark, evaluate and operationalize process optimization opportunities including AI tools
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English at native level (fluency in another language is preferred French, Spanish or German)
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
- Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
