Responsibilities

Responsabilities
- Execute the Swine technical and scientific plan defined by the Head of Swine GTSS to address field issues and deliver unique, value-added solutions tailored to our customers.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the technical and scientific plan by engaging in various projects that enhance the Discovery pipeline and explore innovative concepts.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Department to develop new solutions and concepts.
- Conduct tests, trials, and studies to assess the significance of new solutions and their feasibility for market rollout, ensuring benefits for Adisseo's customers and strengthening our scientific presence among competitors.
- Support market access activities to ensure the go-to-market of our solutions.
- Propose innovative concepts to address challenges in Swine nutrition and health.
- Facilitate continuous education and training for both internal Adisseo teams and external partners.
- Enhance Adisseo's scientific and technical expertise and reputation by publishing research findings and presenting at conferences.
- Collaborate with regional teams to provide updates on Swine scientific developments and support.
- Establish and expand a scientific network on Swine's Nutrition & Health.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- PhD in Animal Science or related field specialized in Swine physiology and/or veterinary medicine & pathology.
- In-depth knowledge and technical experience in swine physiological processes, disease mechanisms, and health management including hormonal regulation and metabolic processes.
- Strong understanding of current trends and challenges in swine health and physiology and the ability to apply this knowledge to practical mitigating strategies to solve costumer business issues.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Swine production industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a matrix organization.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proven scientific record.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
