Reporting to the Group Head of Asset Management, you will drive the implementation of the Group's asset management strategy across its various territories.
Your role is pivotal in maximizing asset value and ensuring financial performance, working closely with key local and Group stakeholders (leasing, operations, design, development, marketing). You will align subsidiaries with the Group's financial vision while providing strategic and operational support where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Shaping Asset Strategy : Define and refine the Group's asset management strategy, ensuring a strong focus on value creation and financial performance.

Maximizing Portfolio Value : Oversee asset performance, investment and divestment decisions, and leasing strategies to unlock long-term growth.

Driving Synergies : Foster collaboration across teams and countries to ensure a unified, high-impact approach to asset management.

Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance indicators (rental income growth, tenant performance, capex, vacancy) to guide decision-making.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Produce in-depth financial reports and assess the impact of strategic initiatives on asset valuation.

Long-Term Business Planning : Lead the coordination of 5-year business plans, ensuring alignment with the Group's financial and asset management objectives.

Project Execution : Support key projects, including renovations, expansions, and major leasing operations.

Portfolio Valuation Optimization : Oversee annual market rent reviews (ERVs) to assess financial reversion potential.

Clear & Impactful Communication : Articulate the asset management strategy and key decisions to stakeholders across the Group's international network.

Operational Excellence : Implement and oversee asset management processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Group priorities.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Enhance financial modeling and management tools to support data-driven asset strategies.

Your Profile

Education : Master's degree in finance, asset management, or a related field from a top business school.

Experience : At least 5 years in asset management, real estate, investment banking, or transaction services.

Technical Skills : Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel skills.

International Exposure : Experience in a global, multi-market environment, ideally in commercial real estate, banking, or consulting.

Leadership & Influence : Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment across different business units.
