JOB DESCRIPTION

- Context and work environment :Veepee is looking for a training coordinator to support the company & specifically the HR Talent Development team in planning, organizing and following up on learning & training initiatives.

TASKS

- For the Group :

- In collaboration with the other Talent specialists : plan, organise, follow-up, evaluate & report on our Veepee academies & communities in all different countries(e.g. Manage the global training calendar, and communication templates)
- Participating in talent side projects where needed, such as global onboarding

- For France :

- BE the contact person for the logistics & administration of training in France (VPLog & VPCom)
- BE in charge of the creation of purchase requests (demande de prise en charge) in the OPCO platform for safety trainings and our internal Veepee tool (for France)
- Create reports on different trainings happening in France (aligned with legal requirements and CSE reporting)

- Internal/External Relations :

- Main internal relations : all staff
- Main external relations : L&D providers, OPCO

MUST HAVE SKILLS

- Education and professional experience :

- Bachelor Degree or Master 1
- Ideally you have 6 months experience on HR department

- Soft Skills :

- You have good English skills and feel comfortable when interacting within a multilingual environment. Level B2 Mandatory
- You are rigorous & autonomous
- You are client-oriented, flexible and willing to find solutions;
- You are a good communicator and can create good relationships with your stakeholders across the whole company;
- You're strong in planning & organizing ;

- Hard Skills :

- You are strong in Excel/google sheet
- A plus if you have experience in Learning admin tools
- A plus if you have good knowledge of the legal requirements in France on learning

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- 1 Video interview vith HR (approximately 30 minutes)
- 2 Video interview with the manager (approximately 1 hour)
